Just go elsewhere! Persons with appointments were sitting an hour and counting waiting to be seen. 4 days later and nobody has contacted me after taking my information. Disappointed but not surprised.

The main door to the bank has not been working for a while so every time you go there early to go to the ATM you cannot get in you have to go back when the bank is opened. The only reason I gave it one star is because the line moves fast.

I visited this branch on Utica Ave and Church Ave,when I'm in this side of town.Parking is hard to find,but once inside the line for ATM runs smoothly and you would be out soon.Sometimes because it's a busy Area ,I shop at the various West Indian groceries near by.

Absolutely one of thee worst ATMs in all of ATMs. Part time hang out for the drug addicts, mentally ill/part time homeless shelter. Usually on any given day there is a line literally outside the door just to use the ATMs. The ATMs once you get passed the savages are either always down or under repair but at least the 2 ATMs that are inside usually work by the teller. Do yourself and your future children a favor and avoid this awful place at all costs.

Aside from the gentleman who greeted me at the door, this place is filled with lazy and rude employees. The place was empty and I still had to wait 45 minutes before being seen or acknowledged by Donnice Phillip. 0 stars if I could. Never trying to do business at this branch again.

This branch has done me well for over 5 years. Each time I go to the teller they are friendly and efficient. The bank is also well cleaned and now with the pandemic they take the precautions needed to keep the customers and staff safe . I’m shocked at how many bad reviews they have , with that being said. I hope you don’t go by others misfortunes and check them out for yourself . Excuse my typos I am typing this very early in the morning .

Hate that Atm is in the open view. Branch location is convenient but, the location draws a lot of attention to you where beggars is constantly waiting out the door.
