So poor service. They are just wasting time. Unprofessional service rude staff.a young boy who ask me about my name phone number place of birth .he almost spent 15 minutes .He looks like very tired and sleepy .After 20 minutes he completes my transaction .If this location has any supervisor the have to awake up .

I have called for my mother-in-law to find out if her check is there and they're are all rude and unprofessional when they answer the phone.

Contrary to the sign on the door, they do not offer currency exchanges. Don't waste your time.

As an ex teller from CFSC (store #63) I’m very disappointed at that store. I went today to get a money order for my rent and the first thing I see is two people INSIDE asking for money. I ignored that and tried to feel safe and went to the window (the store was empty.) There were two tellers having lunch and the girl was on a call on her phone. She told me to give her a minute and I waited until she finished her phone call. Then, she came to the window and had the audacity to ask me if I could give her 10 min until she finishes her lunch. As a teller, I would’ve understand if she were by herself, but there were TWO tellers in there, why they have to have lunch at the same time? They didn’t even asked me what I wanted. Selling a MO doesn’t take even 3 minutes. I would’ve called the compliance line right there, but I didn’t feel safe in the lobby with those two people there since I had cash on me. Therefore, I left.

The attendant is rude don’t know how to talk to people nasty attitude. Late at night the attendant that’s young act like he don’t want to do his job. This is no way to conduct business. I been coming to this check cashing for years now I rather stay away

Would not recommend for currency exchange. Although there’s a large sign in the window that states they exchange currency they wouldn’t allow me to change USD into foreign currency. Only foreign currency to USD.

In the past I have always had a hard time cashing large amount checks at various cashiers and I expected no difference when I recently went to cash a check. Fortunately there is a 24hr CFSC near my workplace. So I went early in the morning around 8am. I expected them not to cash the check since I expected them to confirm the check with the company issuing the check. The cashier pointed out that she could bypass doing that since my record with them shows I have already cashed the same checks with them previously and they all were confirmed. All she needed was a supervisory bypass which she got over the phone ion 5 minutes. The entire transaction took less that 7 minutes. Awesome.
