This is worst check cashing place on Flatbush!!! Please avoid this place at all costs. This one receptionist with short hair and glasses proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs and threaten to kick everyone out of the store. She was very rude and unprofessional! She screamed at the customer and said she been there all day and she is done and proceeded to close her window!!!! This just happened!!! They are an embarrassment to black ppl.

I recently had an altercation with a teller (Dark-skinned, black woman with glasses; I think her name is Kisha) who refused to service me. I’ve been to the 735 Flatbush Ave. (in Brooklyn, NY) location plenty of times without any issues. The lady behind the plexiglass tells me my card doesn’t feel real to her, so she refuses to service me. She’s catching an attitude while I’m telling her my card IS real & that I’ve been serviced before without any issues. I come back with another card, & I asked her, “does this one feel real to you?” She gets defensive again & refuses to service me AGAIN without looking at my second identification (which by the way IS also real & has allllll of the information as the first card). We exchange words but, I waited for the next teller to process my transaction, which everything went through, no issues. Honestly, it feels like the teller just did NOT want to believe me & just wanted to believe I was a scammer & etc. I even asked her, “WHY would I come back to the same location twice, with my baby, if I had something to hide??” I understand with this line of work, one must use there discernment. HOWEVER, if you look in the system & see someone has been to your location a numerous amount of times, they come back & bring additional information (as she asked), and she STILL catches an attitude, & refused to service me, then who is the problem??? Again, she didn’t even look at my second card. She just said “No” because she was wrooonnnggggg & defensive because clearly, I was not lying. If this location is going to accuse people of scamming or whatever, then I strongly suggest they get a machine & etc. to detect fake ID’s as opposed to going off of one’s feelings. Secondly, refusing to service customers after accusing them of lying is a BIG reflection of this location & makes me wonder who else is being wrongfully accused & profiled when they are at this specific location?????

The young boy Michael who worked Saturday evening is the fastest and most professional teller I have seen at this location in years. He was new to the store it seemed but handled the line within minutes.

This location is highly unprofessional, I have been calling about a prescription with no answers since last Wednesday, finally got there today and was told that my prescription wasn't sent through, got to car drove away then decided to check the cvs app and low and behold what do I see but my prescription.

on dec 21 around 3:50 pm i went to this place to cashout my check their was one guy name called gaby that guy he was just trying to hold my check and after half hour he told me my check have a no signature and to find their is no signature in my check it took him half hour and because of that guy i spend one hour to cashout and other customers were mad with them because of their slow and careless job
