The service was going well at first until I was there for over two hours just to be turned away without any real reasoning…… The work ethics of the people who aren’t directly in the facility is horrible and makes the customer support terrible overall.

A branch available 24 hours a day after a commercial bank with a few parking lots on the road. It is staffed by helpful Spanish youth with excellent service, procedures to verify identity when receiving and sending money, and an ATM inside.

It's the first time that I transfer money through WU, so it's 11/27/23 10:00am, and there was so nice lady. She asked me a couple of questions about who I sent money to, where I work, and that's it. So I feel it's they job and we have to be patient about it. It took about 5 or 10 min. Good job!!

I had a bad experience with the employee today Thursday Nov 2 at 9am and yesterday November 1 10 pm with the same person I took the driver's license and he requires the passport I'm sorry that they have employees of this kind that I think they don't feel like working if they don't like the job they should change staff I just withdrew the money at another agency without any problem with the driver's license I'm very upset I'm not going back or occupy this mediocre agency with the people they have working there

Today I had a disappointing experience with a lost money order, which I purchased for tax purposes at the branch 1407 Avenue Z, Brooklyn, NY. After sending it out to the IRS I encountered an unfortunate situation where the money order went missing. I went to the above branch and the female cashier refused to assist me in this matter. I requested the office address and telephone number whom I can speak to but I was unable to obtain it. This incident has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.As a customer, I expect reliable and efficient service, especially when it comes to financial transactions. Unfortunately, my experience with this lost money order and the subsequent lack of support from the branch have fallen short of my expectations. I am intending to reach out to the relevant authorities if no response be providedWaiting for the office response and their telephone to contact. Oleg
