It says on their sign "Sales and Repairs". I enter the shop and without even letting me explain, a rude man tells me "we don't do this type of repair" and waves me away. I went to another store that immediately listened and addressed my problem. Terrible customer service provided here.

I had a very bad experience with them. They overpriced me and stole money from me. they think because they are busy they can do whatever they want, keep away!!!!
I rented a hotspot for a week, and after 2 days it stopped working I went into the store and (after waiting 25 minutes) the guy screams on me that I used streaming In the date ran out, but since I had no idea what streaming is, I explained to him that I only used it for amazon seller central ,l but the guy screams on me, that I am lying to him, so I told him that I am not lying.
So he turned himself to the other guy in the store. and he asked him if it can be that without using streams Etc, the date should ran out so fast,
So he said SURE if you keep refreshing the page every time it uses a lot of data!!!
So then I told him that I need back my money or give me credit, so he answered me
"NO I AM NOT GIVING YOU ANY CREDIT".
So let me tell you, you are a "GANEV". And I am not you מוחל until I get back from you the whole money ועתיד אתה ליתן דין וחשבון !!!
