Just purchased iphones from eBay listed open box, which means like new and no wear. The devices were clearly used and definitely not an open box item. Stay away and the previous 1 star reviews are correct about this place.

Absolute com artists. They sold me a clearly rebuilt phone as a phone with slight cosmetic wear and within a month it broke. They then refused to fully refund me after accepting the return. I am in the process of opening a case with eBay. Stay far away.

All the 1 stars are people purposely being spiteful. Cell tech is a solid store that takes care of any of your cell phone needs. They take the extra time to make sure you understand everything.

Horrible owner. Staff is very polite and helpful but don't do anything without owner permission.I left deposit $100 for new phone screen buy before it arrived I came back as made decision to invest in new phone and they refused to return money as I already received service... they lied they order it from China and it cost the shipping but I saw shipping label which stated it was ordered in US from another state.Obviously they don't have good business going so they make money from people's money for service they didn't provide.Don't go there's

To be quite honest with you this is so far the second place of cell phone business that I’ve dealt with in the last God knows how long and they’re both horrible so I’ve been a resident of this location for about 25 years and not only do they charge way above price and that’s one thing but they don’t like to pick up the phone and that’s secondly unfortunate but hopefully next year there’s always a fresh air to start at but other than that they’re terrific. Lol
