Max! If he can't do it no one can!
I went to Cell Phone Geek on Saturday morning to get my damaged phone screen replaced. I tried to get it done at my service provider's location but they were unable to do so. They provided me with the information for Cell Phone Geek and I went straight there to get this done. The salesclerk named Max gave me up to the minute information on the process from shipping it out to be repaired up to the moment I could go into the store and pick up the phone. I almost cried when I saw how good my phone looked! It is working perfectly and I now have a protector coming in the mail for it. Thanks to Max for excellent customer service!!

Alex provided a great and reasonable price for a repair (back of iPhone) and same-day pickup. Cost was best in the area. Hopefully won’t need another repair but would recommend to friends. He said I needed a stronger case but didn’t push products or to leave a review - so that was appreciated. Also, responsive over the phone!

My headset microphone needed repair. It wasn't a complicated job -- just a couple of wires to be soldered -- but a shop in Manhattan said they'd need to keep it for several days just to give me a firm estimate (and even their minimum charge was far more than I expected.) Not Alex at Cell Phone Geek. He was able to do the repair for me while I waited, and at a fair & reasonable price. Next time I need electronics repaired, Alex will be my first stop.
