This place is your quintessential Russian cellphone store. They can generally get you a GREAT deal on t-mobile cells and plans. I have T-mobile and I always get great phones here for free/very cheaply. However, if you want ATT, I don't think the deals are that good. As a note, everyone who works here speaks and understands Russian.
