Stopped by to buy tamales, ended up loading the bike basket with 1 banana tropical, rosquillas, tostacas, dulce (piloncillo), sorbetes (wafers), and ofc the tamales ☆. The tamales' masa was a delicious surprise, tenía buen sabor y no estaban muy grasosos +☆. However, I do wish more toppings (chicharos, papas, aceitunas, garbanzos?) had been added to the tamales specially when considering the price, I was lucky to find 2 chicharos in one tamal and 2 pedazos de papa in another tamal -½☆. Additionally, the store could definitely benefit from imposing stricter health measures by making sure those not wearing masks do not enter the store when other customers are shoppping, doing so would allow us to feel safer in going back for antojitos more frequently -☆. The person behind the counter (a lady) was very kind, helpful and patient with me; I was very overwhelmed with all the options of childhood snacks I didn't know I needed until I walked in the store +☆.
