I couldn't understand it. When my mother went to the bank to check the statement, I asked her to tell them her e-banking account number and password. It is convenient for me to let them check directly on the app. As a result, I was forcefully told to go to the website to get it because I was missing some information on the website. Unable to obtain username and password successfully. When we need you, you are shirking your responsibilities. This is really annoying. (The day after this, I went to the bank by myself. Ms. Zhou’s service was very enthusiastic. Thank you. I hope you can have enough patience with my elderly mother).

I've never had a bad experience here throughout the years. They've handled all my account issues properly, and Jasmine always has a smile on her face. My father's business accounts never had any issues either. David and his team were super helpful with both our small business, and personal accounts.
