I highly recommend Carpets On U. They installed a new kitchen vinyl floor and did an outstanding job. Very professional, neat, and clean job by their installers. Brian and Andrew were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I definitely will have them come again to do a floor for the bedroom.Service: Install flooring

My kitchen flooring was damaged beyond repair during a major building wide renovation project. My buildings management team was able to provide me with new flooring and suggested I speak with Steve from Carpets on U. I visited the store to see the selection and speak with him in person. I found Steve to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 1 week I had my new flooring picked out, my estimate done and the entire project completed. Felix and Angel removed my old tiles & installed my new luxury vinyl planks in 3 hours. I can’t believe how fast they did my entire 140 square foot kitchen. We went to the Carpets on U showroom on Sunday and had a wonderful experience with Andrew - very professional, very quick, very friendly. On Tuesday, Brian came to measure - again, a professional, friendly, terrific experience. We were able to have our carpets installed next day (today) and we are incredibly happy. The installers were quick, efficient, respectful, courteous, punctual, friendly. The prices were fair, the selection was great. We would definitely use this business again!Services: Install flooring

Large carpet selection and the guys who run it are great. Prices affordable. My only cririque is that they should do a little better reaching out with delays. Overall, I was happy with the carpet, installation, amd price.

Had a carpet installed and it was a disaster. Installer was more interested in leaving for an appointment rather than doing a good job. Installer also poked 2 holes in my wall...one of the owners said the holes were there...not true. Did send another installer who did the best he could.Rug installed in bedroom looks imperfect...was told mark would go away..again, not so.I would not go back to Carpets on U.

There service, quality, and prices are terrific. I am so happy with our new carpet. They provided us with one of the best services that I have ever received in my entire life, and I have received many, many services. They will go all out in order to make there customers satisfied. They are the best carpet dealers in the United States. I will recommend them to anyone that wants a new carpet.
