I spoke to someone who was so rude and condescending towards me. I have had my insurance with this office for 10 years or more. Have never put in a claim and was treated like a child by a male that works there. So annoyed.

Been a customer with State Farm/Carl Ferraro’s office for quite some time. During a recent call, John was a huge help in identifying discounts my family qualified for and was a huge help in clarifying some inquiries I had. Highly recommended! Thanks again, John!

Samantha helped me transfer my out of state insurance and was incredibly kind and helpful. The process was so easy and she answered all of my questions. She even made an appointment for me at the DMV to update my registration. Also, the ability to text the office is so convenient. What I thought was going to be a stressful process turned out to be the easiest part of my day. I'm very grateful!

In May we communicated numerous times and they were well aware that my son has special needs, autism, and that all payments were being made through me. I asked many times to be kept informed of any payment problems. There was never, never a time when I did not have the money or I did not want to keep his insurance active! This is not only costing me hundreds of dollars in fines, the stress, sadness, anger, and inconvenience this caused my son and my relationship with him is not measurable in dollars. He is very angry with me and won't speak with me right now because he was pulled over by police for not have active Registration and he lost the use of his car this time for 37 days. He blames me for all lapses in coverage. All of this could have been avoided with some simple emails. Use State Farm. Do NOT use this office.

If you are looking for quality home, auto, or personal property insurance, I STRONGLY recommend steering clear of this outfit! One of the most unprofessional insurance groups I have ever worked with. I paid for a 12 month personal article policy for a personal drone. I'm glad I got insurance because my drone crashed the first day I got it! Luckily everything was captured on video, and demonstrated that the crash occurred due to a propeller malfunction, and not to negligent driving, etc. Upon payment of my repair claim (which took over a month), I was informed by my local agent "Marilyn" that I was being dropped from my policy. I was dropped simply because it occurred within the first 30 days. I immediately asked her for a copy of my insurance policy because I had never received it and I wanted to read over the fine print. This was also never mentioned to me when I purchased my policy. This is where the headache really begins... If you are trying to get ahold of Marilyn or anyone at Carl's office, I would suggest you get used to waiting. And get used to being talked down to. Get used to your emails being ignored. Like you are burdening them with imposition after imposition. Marilyn informed me that she could not provide me with a copy of the policy that I had already paid for. The same policy that had just covered my repair claim. The same policy that State Farm and myself had agreed to. I didn't think requesting my insurance policy was a ridiculous ask, especially if I'm trying to understand how I'm being dropped from the policy. How can I be terminated from a policy that doesn't even exist?! What terms are being followed?! After more than a week of emails and phone calls, Marilyn was still unable to provide this to me. Finally, an incredibly kind claim agent from "Team Manage" (phone) was able to provide me with a copy of the PAP policy which did indicate in fine print that State Farm *may* cancel my policy within the first XX days. That doesn't say "automatically", that doesn't say "will", that doesn't say "must", it states "may". And it doesn't mention anything specific about being dropped if filing a claim within the first 30 days. So I still call BS. To Marilyn, I was just another number on her queue. My story didn't matter, my video evidence didn't matter. No part of her was willing to talk to Underwriting to try to resolve the issue and help me keep my coverage. She didn't lift a finger to help me. "Like a good neighbor, State Farm... doesn't give a damn!" I didn't feel like a neighbor, I felt like a stranger who was being completed ignored from the moment I started my claim to the moment she hung up on me. That's right, she hung up on me. Aren't claim agents supposed to be working on YOUR behalf? Trying to make the situation work out in the best possible scenario for both parties? Not Marilyn. Not Carl Ferraro's Office. I regret not going with a different local State Farm office because I truly feel individuals can make all the difference in the world, and there's no way anybody else could have been any more callous. Lastly, when I was finally able to get ahold of "Marilyn" to dispute dropping my policy (which somebody else provided to me), she wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. She immediately began accosting me in a rude, condescending tone, yelling that she had exercised "all of her efforts" and couldn't do anything more. In my opinion she didn't do anything. I don't even think she watched the video of the accident. I don't think she cared. I was transactional to her, and nothing more. Since this appeared to be a dead end, the last thing I requested was to speak with her supervisor. She stated that the only thing I could do is submit a formal complaint to insurance. She then demanded that I stop calling her. I told her I would stop calling her when she addressed my questions and returned correspondence

**BUYER BEWARE** BUYER BEWARE OF FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES**
I would like to preface and say that I have tried to resolve this issue with the company directly, but have yet to get a call back from Carl Ferraro despite multiple attempts.
My experience with State Farm has lead me to believe less in the transparency and fairness they boast in their commercials, but rather the bait and switch reality of dealing with their agents.
As with most Americans, in considering the affordability of a new vehicle, I checked on the insurance rates. I provided my accident and ticket history accurately, allowed them to run a report on my driving record and when they quoted me a price that I felt was fair- I went with them. A monthly rate of $540, I had a couple hits on my record and felt that it was fair since I had been paying $500 a month on my previous vehicle for over a year. I purchased, paid and picked up my vehicle. Within two weeks, you could imagine my shock when the next bill I received showed my premium 20%+ higher ($720) than the monthly rate I was quoted and had already paid.
If that wasn't shocking enough to my working salary budget, my premium has changed again a week later when I received yet another bill. This monthly rate was 65% over what the original paid monthly rate- topping out at a whopping $890. I don't know about any other working American, but this is not a small budgetary change. I'm shocked, they got me- hook line and sinker. Pay one rate, pick up and purchase your car and then let them stick it to you.
I spoke with @statefarm Insurance, they said they had messed up and that nothing could be done. The agent ran the wrong information and address. So because of this mistake my monthly insurance payment has went up three times in one week. Long story short, their customer service department basically told me that they're sorry and that there is nothing they can do. Even after they admitted that they made a HUGE and COSTLY mistake, they still haven't been able to rectify the problem. I was told by the agent and I quote," we screwed up but there's nothing we can do." I feel that they used bait and switch sales tactics to obtain my business. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is appalling.
So maybe by using social media I will be able to get an explanation instead of excuses. I welcome a resolution from State Farm.
