Carafina store is located on the Bath avenue and intersection with 18th Ave very close to the D train 18 Ave station. It's a deli with all routine supplies, coffee, and quick bites available for purchase. They accept cash and cards above $6. Kamal, the store keeper is an awesome person and very friendly. They have renamed to MGM deli and grocery.
