They don't treat you nice, and when you pay for a full inside car wash they are not doing it unless you pay a huge tip and even if you pay the tip they are not washing it fully they just give it a wipe. Horrible place and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there

I needed my car clean well for an upcoming trip and decided to go to the car wash express as it was close by. I wanted the platinum as it had more cleaning options than the gold but the attendant informed me they were no longer providing it on the day I went. So I settled for the gold. My eight mats were given a superficial cleaning i.e. not well cleaned. My chairs were not well cleaned and my carpets were left dirty. The wet mats were used to cover up the lack of vacuuming. The car interior was a bit cleaner than originally but to say they were clean would be a huge misnomer. All in all it was not worth the cost. I wish I could say it was due to a crowding issue or even a lack of man power but that would be a lie. Find somewhere else to clean your car but don't waste your money here unless you need products to clean your own car or minor accessories for it. I found the people pleasant but it was a waste of my time and money to have them clean my car.
