I called to see if he has a a certain part, this man was VERY rude. I asked for a part inside of an oven which i have been researching all night, he starts off by telling me i dont know what im talking about because i don't know the correct name of the part. He continues by saying "you might call it a spark plug BUT ITS NOT CALLED A SPARK PLUG" .... then he proceeds to say "WHATS THE PART NUMBER? WHATS THE PARTS NUMBER" I said "sure, give me one moment while i look it up" I had it all saved on my history list on my laptop. Again, he states "I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE DONT WRITE DOWN THEIR INFORMATION BEFORE CALLING... CALL ME BACK WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS"....this is all at 9am... how is he so angry and miserable and unwilling to help so early in the morning?

The store looks like a mess but the man behind the counter knows where EVERYthing is. And what he does not have in stock he gets the following day. What a pleasure to deal with someone polite and knowledgeable. And helpful.

Excellent place, Charlie is a pleasure to deal with. I needed a Whirlpool 4392065 dryer maintenance kit for a relative's machine. We originally ordered it on Amazon, but it came missing the plastic tri-rings and push nuts. Charlie had the kit and said, "If you're running a little late on your way here, just give me a call so I can wait up for you. No problem." Wasn't necessary as we got there on time. He's a nice guy and the place is a treasure trove of appliance parts.

Needed back bottom exhaust fan GE fridge. Old fella charged $50. Part was new OEM. His competitor across the street 1991 Utica Ave. Pemko, wanted to charge me $150 bucks for the same part.

Called CAPS for an oven control board an hour before they closed. He had the part and said to call if I was running late, he would wait for me. Nice guy. Gave me a few tips on installing it..

Great solid advice done with HONESTY. Was considering changing my fridge gasket cuz the doors wasn't always closing properly. I called to inquire if they had the part in stock. Was given multiple other suggestions to try since my gasket seal was not worn out/cracked. Saved me time and money This is old fashion GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely go to them and they will help you out.

I was looking for an igniter for a older model frigidaire oven. After shopping around a bit I found Caps. I called first to see if it was available and was told that it was I stock. When I arrived an older man was behind the counter and I stated that I called earlier. He showed me the part which I compared to the one that I had and they appeared to be similar. The only difference this that the prongs on the the piece that he had were slightly longer but not by much. What I didn't know is that they were both broken. I'm annoyed because the receipt says no refunds but I think that's very unfair for being sold a broken part.
