The bank card machine to get in never works for the ATM. Usually someone will let you in. Today the bank was closed and I could not get to ATM to get money.

I had an awful experience at the bank. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I was trying to open a new bank account and secure a credit card. I noticed the manager whispering something to a customer service agent, which made the whole process more difficult for me. To top it off, they refused to open a bank account for me just because I didn't have a social security number. Thankfully, I went to TD Bank, and the process was super easy with just my passport and driver's license!

Didn't think a simple request would be complicated and made even more complicated by the tellers working there. First of all, they don't even acknowledge you with a ""Hi, how can I help you?" they just signal you with a hand gesture. Secondly, it's not a friendly interaction as soon as you ask for help, they come off very rude, uninterested and standoffish. The teller that ""helped" me kept grilling me and looking at me up and down with a face of disgust like oh wow sorry for interrupting you and asking for help. Serious attitude adjustments need to be made and I really hope that this message is passed on to the entire team because this is completely unacceptable.

Today, I went to capital one bank at this location to report an identity theft. The Branch Ambassador Mrs. Jasmine Khan helped me a lot and saved me from getting my identity stolen. She is very professional , very patient , polite and understands my situation. She helped me calm down and gave me good advice on how to deal with this situation. Mrs. Jasmine Khan, I appreciate you with helping me and getting me through this situation. It means a lot to me. Thank You!!!

The tellers are busy chatting with each other while you stand there waiting for them to complete your transaction. I've never seen such terrible customer service. My teller paid no mind to me as she was doing my transaction and ended up getting it wrong. So had to do a second transaction. It's the first time in my life that I've experienced this at a bank. She literally made a 2 minute withdrawal take 15 minutes because she was so focused on her conversation with her coworkers that she messed up a simple withdrawal transaction. I will never go back to that branch again. I'd honestly rate it lower than a 1 star if I could. I'm a very easy going person and I've worked customer service and this legit was one of the worst experiences I've had. I just found my receipt. The tellers name is Aya and she needs to be trained up and her coworkers need to learn not to talk to her when she's servicing a customer.
