Disgusting service, banks only have cashiers, managers exist. It is suggested to talk to specialists by phone, and everyone in the call center knows where it is, and has the appropriate competence. Cannot make a decision, drive according to a script that is looped. This bank left a nasty impression. For some reason, Chase does not have such problems. I will try to convey this information to the maximum number of people. I hope to save some people from problems with this bank. Do not use the services of this bank!

very bad experience in this place I went to open a savings account with an itin number and they didn't even know how to do it or even try. So I went to 1523 Ave U and William treated me very well, it was very different. He helped me open my savings account without any problem and he even helped me make my deposit. I think they should put people with more desire to be able to help without making them feel less than others

I would recommend Chase bank instead of Capital One because with Chase Bank I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always been impressed with the level of service I have received.I have found the customer service representatives to be knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have always been able to answer my questions and resolve my issues quickly and efficiently.

Incompetent and nasty.I went here with my father to access accounts of my incapacitated grandmother. We had a signed, notarized, made up by a lawyer, power of attorney. (To be clear I’ll add that the document was signed before the incident resulting in her being incapacitated ). We walk in and the one woman takes us into her office. The woman was very rude and refused to even put her eyes on the papers we had. She gave us a form and kept repeating that this is the only valid paperwork for POA. The form was a completely new power of attorney document that would never be signed because like we told her, my grandmother was incapacitated. This was a complete waste of time as we live 2 hours away. We went to the capital one in my home state the next day and they accepted our paperwork no problem at all. It really seems like she didn’t want to deal with us because like I said, she refused to even look at our paperwork.

My dad and I went to this location on August 1st because we were having issues opening an online account. Tara was the one who helped us and she was amazing!! So grateful for her patience and excellent customer service. Although she could not open the account for us because online accounts are separate from branch accounts, she called the online bank to help us through the process. She also helped us complete the online process on the cell phone. Thanks again Tara!

Hi went to the bank the other day and Ms. Z was so wonderful help me out so much . I uselly don’t go in that branch . She was amazing. That I’ll recommend everyone I know to go there . Could have not made the transaction without her . She really went beyond her call . Thank u so much Ms.z for everything.

WoW!! I'm totally shocked at the many negative comments below. Hopefully, I don't experience more than I have to. Though I do recall when my husband & I received our stimulus in the form of a card & came to this branch. One of the tellers gave us some rigamorole story as to why we couldn't cash it. Anyway, at the time, the branch at Ralph Ave & Ave K was opened, so we went there. Everything was EZ PZ 123. It was like night & day, lol. The teller there was very knowledgeable, she knew her stuff. Before you knew it, we had our cash & we were out of there. SMH! Sometimes it's all who you get. Unfortunately, everyone doesn't exhibit common sense. But besides that incident, I usually don't have a problem at this location. However, if any changes occur, I'll be back.?

0 stars because they don't want to work.I went inside the branch, they told me I have to make an appointment and come back, I went online, it says go to the branch. I called capital one they transferred me to the branch, they said they are not accepting appointments at all. So no matter which side you come from they don't want to help you and do their job. I couldn't even finish my sentence but they kept interrupting me. This branch workers are very unprofessional and useless ....Basically
