My God I never see this kind of customer service. They are too much poor service This guy is too much rude Bangladesh guy working oh my God what you asking they don’t have nothing. They don’t have large bills they not making nothing answer is no we can do it! my God they don’t have even customers they just sitting and watching outside, those guy even can speak normally nicely, professional, with customers really unprofessional. I had a horrible experience with this branch over the weekend and I will not be returning!
During my visit, I was assisted by a bank representative named Aliyan Malik, who treated me in an accusatory and unprofessional manner. He questioned me aggressively about my transactions and the source of my funds. His line of questioning was invasive, unnecessary, and conducted in a manner that embarrassed me in front of others at the branch. While the other workers sat and watched while they saw I was physically upset no one apologized.
I believe that my treatment may have been influenced by my race and the fact that this branch is located in a predominantly Jewish neighborhood. I have never experienced such scrutiny in any other banking interactions. This experience left me shaken and humiliated, and I am deeply concerned about whether Capital One is upholding its commitment to fair and equitable service for all customers. I’m disgusted and will not continue my business here.
I have am requesting that Capital One take proper action so this incident will not happen again. I left there shaken!

Staff was quick and helpful. They were all welcoming but the star of the show had to be Zakya, she handled my transaction quickly and efficiently while keeping a friendly demeanor. I truly can't thank her enough for helping with my purchase and everything she did. Would definitely recommend going to this branch!

ATM card reader has not been working for the past 5 days. I call the bank , they was very rude and unprofessional. did not see the inconvenience they was causing, if you you need a reliable bank for overnight use. This is not the bank for you..very disappointed

Lazy customer services! I came in to deposit large amount of cash to the teller to be told you can use the atm to deposit as if I didn't know that. This is why they are being replaced.

Don't come here if you're in a rush. Paid to get over there and then had to leave without being seen after waiting for 20 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. One teller at counter as well- despite the line building behind me. Staff not trained on the Technology they use. Won't be coming back here again.
