It's always a problem getting to an ATM. Every now and then the terminal works. There are very few ATMs of this bank, and this one is always closed.

If I can give a 0 star, that would be the rate for this branch. I went there on a Friday afternoon when there were no clients in the branch. I needed to use the teller service, and a blond lady with a heavy accent came up to me asking why I didn't use the ATM machine as I was writing my withdrawal slip. I believe she's either the branch manager or the banker. So I told her I preferred the teller. And she kept asking how much would I withdraw and saying I should use the ATM because I was withdrawing a small amount of money. There was no one lining up for the tellers and there were 3 tellers available. They were not doing anything but chatting, so I really don't understand what made her think I shouldn't use the teller service. I rarely go to this branch and I am glad this is not my neighborhood one.

If rather not write my review or more my experience that happened today because I will be accusing their customer service rep for discrimination, and picking her own same language speaking customer over me.
This Capital One branch should have a sign in sheet (piece of paper with a pen) so you know the order in which you will be helped.

I went in to this branch to deposit cash into my account. After the clerk names Jordan processed the transaction, but it was $500 short when I looked at the receipt, so I told him right away. About 2 minutes later, he then added the money back into my account, but he didn't even apologized to me for his mistake. If I left the bank without verified the amount, I would be out of $500. So beware of this issue, make sure you verify the amount of cash when you make a deposit.

They are not as good as old time. This is an online and customer phone service experience. I have banking experience with 9 banks. I tried to open CD account online at 7:30pm but it seems not complete because it needs me to call 1800 number showing on the screen and closed at 5pm ET. I called next day. Customer representative was nice but couldn't grant me the rate and transfer my call. The customer service manager can't honor the deal to me because yesterday was the last day and my system didn't show any record of opening account. I challenged her why did I receive an email that I have updated my profile at 7:30pm? I had closed their account back in 2020. Accused me didn't fund the account but I can't even open account, plus I have 10 calendar days to fund it as I read fine print. She put me on hold whenever she has no points instead of admit system issue or offer solution. Why do you still able to update a closed account from an "Open account" link? I tested to reset my password and it did. Wow... I doubt about their system security and data breach. I'm glad this rude manager didn't offer solution for me to open the CD. BBB I reported it.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered called that I had a problem with my online login, lots of ATMs but they hit you with fees to makeup the ATM fees there not charging don't waste your time they will get you too. Never had a late payment before but the app wasn't working, I asked the manager if i can show her i called but she was on a power kick wouldn't let me email her my call log to show her I called, they will get you too. I paid in full and I'm leaving Capital one I don't care if it messes up my credit with being a 9yr old credit card with perfect payment history. I spoke to 3 people about this just on GP before its not about the money it's that I know I called and if I charge $5000 I pay $4000 and the next mth I pay the rest. The worst customer service never ago your getting my money
