You work with a company because you have confidence in them and what can become of your relationship together. Positive grow! It is to often let down in today's world-why? Simple. Customer service! Today's customer service has NO integrity! I spoke with Sophie at Capital One QuickSilver. She put me on hold for 20 mins...it has exceeded ridiculous ? and no one seems to be able to grasp basic concepts. The supervisor Cece I believe was worse as I was unable to complete a sentence without being shutdown and talked over. I asked Cece to tell me why there was ininterest on my account unlike any other month and she was un
able to answer the question...she is a supervisor/manager?? God help us ? I promise each and everyone that reads this, it's going to get worse before it gets better.
Has America ?? let go so much that we can no longer properly train employees? I personally would love, yes, I would love to know about how and who is performing the training.
I am speaking of basic account info needs when calling the customer service line. My personal experience with Sophia and Cece were a serious fail!! Ex: I am calling to go over my account. You should not have to repeat yourself 4x. The reps then ramble on about nothing that literally makes no difference to your account or call. In essence, time is money.

I went to the bank there was a car standing Blocking customers from going in, I then beeped and drove into the parking lot and park, the staff from the other vehicle was nasty and rude and then said she was gonna park there so I said How was he gonna park if you stoping customer from getting in? There was another woman in a car she asked me if I worked there,i said no going to the atm reallyfast, Then a guy that was standing in the parking lot said I cannot park here this is for employees. So then I asked . Where is the sign that says this parking lot is for employees only? He threatened me to lock up my car in the parking lot . Employees should not be able to make their own rules And both employees was females one with blonde hair and the other one with black Just old rude and nasty

This morning I when to capital one Fulton st Brabch. I approach the teller.I face her my ID. Photo ID. I request money from my account. The teller was very nasty she have a attitude problem you can hear it on her voice. She ask me for another ID. She trow my documents back at my. She toll me she don't want to help me with my transaction. I ask for her name she didn't provide. I call another representative to the window.I explained to mr.adam what was happening. I ask him why they don't were a name Bach he told me that was not necessary. He ask me if I want to speak to a mg. I said yes. a lady approached me she did not were any identification. I ask her for the name of the teller. She only provided my with nameJuly. At this point I can.see that this people are.covering something. The representatives of this bank are not Representing this Bank. I never seen a Bank that didn't display any identification . You don't know who is real working for this Bank I will contact the CEO of Capital one.

Nothing against this particular bank but capitol one is a scam. The way the credit card is set up you will owe even after you pay them off. Beware!

I went into capital one bank looking for a secured credit card that I got from BOA and CHASE to improve my credit rating now that I will soon be looking to possibly purchase a car and possibly a condo by the time I left they had damaged my credit instead of helping me improve it . I had told the girl not to run my credit because I was looking for something pre approved like I got at BOA and CHASE yet somehow she ran it without me knowing and I walked out with worse credit then when u I walked in . The manager refuses to answer why that happened and was rude instead of being kind and pleasant so I became a little unpleasant the security guard help people of color which is great but not friendly with white or light skin people I asked him a question he answered it then snickered . BAD EXPERIENCE

Lines are long, not enough atm machines,should have all the teller windows open but when I use to go there it's not now I just wait much later on in the day to deposit money into my account and not by a teller.

Four machines, 2 don't work. Paper ALL over the floor, no garbage pails available. No security. This is racist behavior against my low income/majority minority community. Capital One should be ashamed.The Chase bank one block has three working machines, plenty of trash bins and a pleasant security guard greeting customers after banking hours. It is not difficult to treat customers well.

This place is unprofessional and ghetto. I rather pay for a round trip mta fare to go to a capital one bank branch in the city then go to the one in this neighborhood. I hate this place. People are unhelpful, always with an attitude, slow paced and very domineering. If I could give zero stars I would.
