The hostess at the door was extremely off putting. As I made my way to a teller she kept asking me what I was there to do and “if I knew I could just use an atm?” I bank with multiple other company’s and I’ve never had a glorified greeter ask me my reasons for coming into a branch for my PERSONAL banking. It’s honestly no one’s business why I am at the bank or how I choose to bank. I didn’t see her ask the Jewish man who came in after me any questions about why he was there. Extremely annoying experience as it seemed my 9am banking annoyed the employees.

This place is Extremely understaffed, the waits are usually somewhere between 3 to 5 hours.

The most lovely bank service ever.
Came in late afternoon on a weekday and it got a bit busy. Even with the manager (I’m sorry - I forgot her name!!!) in charge was training a new employee, Mohammed, the whole process was very smooth.
I have never had such a friendly experience from a bank. As I was there waiting, the folks there seemed to know the customers by name and all seemed very patient with them.
Overall, this bank is very service-oriented and friendly. The neighborhood is super busy (so wouldn’t recommend driving there). Otherwise, the staff is amazing. I totally recommend!

Yesterday my Brother Nicholas went to the 13th Ave branch and was greeted immediately. He was treated with kindness and respect and his inquiry was resolved.

I went to the bank in an attempt to apply for a credit card because I was having issues with the website. The man in the front with the ginger hair would not allow me to schedule a meeting with a banker to get assistance; instead, he told me to do the task online. The problem is that I would prefer to have a worker there assist me because it is part of their job, and I don't want to do it on the website. Now I have to find another bank that will do credit cards in person.

There is always a long wait time, the bank can still be closed after 9am when there are people waiting outside, and the employees are not bothering to open it....

I wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account in this branch, bank is hardly open, ATM machines constantly not working, doors to access ATM machines after hours many times do not open even with the card reader, so you cant access the machine, long wait for a bank associate when needed

The Teller cashier, made everyone crazy to sanatize the hands before coming to his window (even he hade on gloves and sitting behind window and spraying Lysol on everything after each customer left,)His whole action to the customers was very not respectful,And on evry check that was deposit, he looked over a few times to find at least a minor missing
