Never been there before but it is convenient and there’s a parking lot if you wish easy access from the bus and train Uber and Lyft. As for safety I don’t know I have never heard of any alarming incidents but please be aware and protect yourself by all means necessary.

I always found the employees at this branch to be very professional and helpful. Over the past 30+ years. It’s had a couple of major redesigns, and is pretty modern looking now. Their safety deposit boxes are gone, which was a good idea because they were always-and I mean always-losing my sign-in card. Tellers are pretty helpful as well. Free parking lot across the street, which is great. Right next to the L train. ATMs in front vestibule. Only problem is the entire front ‘plaza’ is packed with peddlers. But that’s not the bank’s fault.

Very unprofessional. Been one of the best brunches before but now it's crippy the brunch run on tellers mood .I don't know about management if they knew what's going on..Because whenever you ask for the manager the manager is not available ?

I went with my 83 year old uncle and they were sooo helpful each and everyone of them. They take there time to explain anything you didnt understand. I give them more then a 5 star, I give them 10 ? stars. Loved every moment inside that bank! Sorry, I didnt take names, didnt need to because they all were, absolutely on top of things. Thanks CapitalOne for all your help!! Uncle is safe now....

My experience today with my mother at this branch was HORRIBLE! The bank tellers name was Steven and he was very unprofessional. 1: he kept rolling his eyes at my mother. 2: He showed me her bank statements and was NOT supposed to. Did not have the authority to do so. 3. Before my mother left she told this young man to have a nice day and he told her "I hope to never see you again". There " was not a manager" at this site at the time. My kother was disrespected to the fullest and she was not even being that difficult. This branch needs to do better!

Free parking lot is the main reason for me to go to this branch, I only use the ATM for all my transactions.

I would never recommend this bank ever. This branch's tellers don't do their job correctly.

Customer service and product knowledge is horrendous. I recently visited this location to open up a new checking account. I have been with Capital One for quite some time for credit services and accounts. I decided to open up an account with them since I'm very familiar. In recent years, due to identify theft, I personally asked the social security administration to place a restriction on my social security number so that extra identification is needed to open any accounts in my name. This was years ago. I have opened up a couple of accounts with other banks since. It's not a penalty or anything. It's for protection. I usually just need to be in person with my ID to open an account. Not just anyone online. Capital One has transitioned to nearly all digital services. So my dilemma is I'm not allowed to open any account online with verifying it's me. So I went in person and was told there was nothing they could do by a representative and the manager. The manager encouraged me to go to Chase or TD bank. Which are their competitors so I was shocked. I walked away very confused and aggravated. Anyway...I called Capital One who then informed me I had to confirm my identity with their Identity and Fraud Depart and once done I can open the account. I just don't understand why any of the employees there could not tell me that and provide the proper assistance to an existing customer. If you don't know about it just say that and then do what you need to do to resolve the issue or concern with customer. Disgusting. I read the reviews before I got there and I should have took heed.

Went to this neighborhood branch for help worst experience ever. Steven very very intelligent and compassionate guy tried to help me during my grieving process was rudely interrupted by Susanne & Kim not even an excuse me. Kim who was scolding Steven for assisting me I observed was allegedly helping 2 caucasians with open arms. I don’t recommend this branch.

Never had a problem with Capital One so far. Even if there is a line they seem to move pretty fast. There's just no place other than at the window to count your money. Everything is so open. No privacy.
