I had proof that the vendor did not provide what they agreed to in the contract. The vendor admitted it in a text message. Capital One denied my claim.

Customer service is really bad here. Very long line and the tellers doesn’t seems to care at all. There are 14 people on the line and one one teller is working while the others are doing nothing.

ATMs can get very busy but it's a convenient location and staff is friendly and attentive.

This place have a waiting time for client 30min minimum to be help. I walk in at 2pm and it is 2:27pm and I still in line me alone 3 register as soon the saw one person on line all of them move from their window. 2 person helping a lady opening a debit card it is unveliable how much time we spend in this location main reason why people are choosing check cashing places over banks.

This branch is horrible atms are always out of service and when they do work good luck. If you want to make a cash deposit you will never see that money in your hands or in your account. Store manager does absolutely nothing but hands out a card to call a 1800 number.

I went to open a business account and the security guard made me stand to the side, then the associates only helped people standing on line and ignored all the people waiting for account services. First and last time at this bank, I wanna close my accounts.

Horrible branch. Unprofessional. It’s unfortunate to see the differences in service and professionalism from branch to branch depending on the location. Don’t come here is you have other options.
