One of the worst Capital Ones I have ever been to. the wait time is UNJUSTIFIABLE. At 1pm in the afternoon on a TUESDAY the line was out the door. There is no reason why a location like Brooklyn would be understaffed, with only 2 slow moving tellers. While I was still on line after waiting for 45 minutes, the second teller thought it would be a great time to go to lunch and leave one teller. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that there were no deposits slips and older people who complained more were placed on the side for priority service for some odd reason like age means anything to the rest of the people on line.
Notes for the branch - HIRE staff to keep up with the demand of the branch.

Expect to wait over 40 minutes if you need to see a teller in the afternoon. There were only two tellers for most of the time I've been waiting.

There is a good amount of ATMs which are protected from the sun and from bird poop. And the ATMs have zero dollar fees when you use a capital one debit card. Its a good place to start or continue your banking experience, I would definitely recommend.

Everytime I come to this branch, no matter what time, or day of the week, your parking lot gates are chained up! Church Avenue is extremely busy and it's impossible to get a parking space, so why would you keep the parking lot gates closed? That discourages customers from coming! Convince helps keep customers.

Just need to show the sidewalk of this branch. It's always like this. There was once a person who cleaned up, but I guess the person hasn't been around going on months. Makes me not want to do business here. Please do something about this ongoing mess.

Pretty Cool Capital one Bank is located in East Flatbush, I usually go to Capital one bank in The Flatbush Section of Brooklyn on Flatbush Avenue & Church avenue Near Kings Theatre. Or if I'm in Manhattan I go to Lower Manhattan on Broadway & Chambers street -capital one branch ( Near City Hall -Manhattan) or the Capital one at Union square location- Manhattan or the one in Downtown Brooklyn on Fulton street near jay street as well and the next capital one branch on Eastern parkway & Franklin Avenue, The union square location in manhattan which I love because it has a cafe' gives you the feeling like you're at Starbucks or Dunkin. Anyhow back to this location, This capital one is in East Flatbush A.K.A "Little Caribbean", I love the architect-art building it gives you the old school bank building Feeling, it has chandeliers and there has a parking lot for customers and has the large metal window glass across from the tellers to the customers the old school architect-art vibe. this location has Seven A.T.M. -four outside and Three inside on the Church Avenue entrance side, not the East 51 street side. I wouldn't mind coming back I love the Architect -Art old school vibe building . Very Convient by The Mta Transporation: Bus: B35 Church Avenue & Utica Avenue ( You can Transfer to the Subway 2,5-Train . Church Avenue, Train station At Church Avenue & Nostrand Avenue) Or B46 Utica Avenue & Church Avenue (You can Transfer to the subway 3,4-Train. Utica Avenue, Train station At Utica Avenue & Eastern Parkway)
