5 star rating off the hospitality. I was refereed here by another locksmith and I had a very distinctive key and the gentleman wishb I got his name but gave me two sample keys to take home no charge just to see if it will go inside the door and will cut the key if size , this shop gets things done . I’ll be back hopefully it fits thank you ??

Deadbolt lock was installed. Locksmith struggled with installation, initially admittedly attempting to take a shortcut. The brand new cylinder squeals/grinds when turned to lock and unlock (which means it will end up being an issue down the road). Also, locksmith stated the security bar on the door prevents the deadbolt from locking properly. As the professional with this observation, why did he assess and still choose to install the lock in that location then? Door is brand new. The locksmith could have chosen to raise the location slightly so as to avoid this deterrence. End of the day, service is done and paid… very next day, we left a message on their voicemail about our concerns… No one followed up. My brother and his wife have used them for years. Maybe next time I should have him present.

A very rare business in that they actually do what they say they will, and at a comparatively reasonable price. Car stereo installation (years ago), doors, locks…they show up and get the job done in a timely fashion. Plus, every key I have ever had them cut-for over 25 years-has always fit just right. Very reliable people.

Had 3 keys made. Paid $17.00, kind of expensive I think. 2 of the 3 are hard to turn but I don't have time to try it again. At least they work. To be fair I was told that one was difficult to make. That one works the best.?
