Calabar Imports is transitioning to a Gallery, but I've always loved this place and will continue to support it. Atim Annette Otom welcomes everyone who walks through the door and is also a wealth of information that she readily shares. She also coordinates the Crown Heights Arts Stroll which I highly recommend. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!

I loved shopping at this store. The ower shows her passion, love and quirks in this store. I bought a beautiful basket and fabric. Beautiful decorations for home, jewelery, little gifts- and supporting a Black owned business. I'd reccommend!

Calabar is a safe pace in the community for everyone to be touched, moved, and inspired by beauty and brains. The prices are good!

Called and inquired a price for an item that’s been in the shop for 1yr+. The owner was aggressively pushy and told me if I don’t come in today she’s going to take the item home then she hung up on me. Yike on CS....

Hello sorry to bother you like this. I have been trying to reach Atim since Nov 2018. I have my clothes in her store since Nov 2017. She has refused to respond to my messages or send me the money for the clothes she has told. I was in her store today and she told her sales person not to give me her number.

Cool little shop and very friendly owner. Nice selection of jewellery from all over Africa, cool women's clothing, and some nice masks as well as interesting home goods. We bought some nice jewellery, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

The owners are very pleasant. I love going to this boutique. The jewelry and garments are culturally unique. I also shop here for birthday and holiday gifts.
