This place is literal hell on earth. There are never enough washers or dryers for people who want to do their own wash. The staff tries to be helpful but their general response is apathy as they want to have enough washers for the drop offs they have to do. But they use 80% of the resources. Any customers inside are so frustrated that they become rude to one another. Please for the love of god, someone open another laundromat to serve the neighbors of this community. If this continues, I guarantee there will be fistfights at this location.

Can’t dry only even if you pay for a wash but don’t use it, saving them money on water. Make it make sense.

Clean. Busy. Awesome staff. Super fast turnaround time, efficiently run biz, professional owners. Clothes come back clean, folded, and sorted. Best for drop-offs and maybe the occasional do-it-yourself run during off days and hours; no room for folding etc. For the entitled complainers: this is a small super busy business and the staff works their butts off. If you're expecting to roll in here during their busy time and grab 3 machines, you cray. It's Brooklyn, it's Williamsburg, get real. Go to the mega place down the block or move to Bay Ridge. :)

They only accommodate people who drop off their laundry for full service. If you are doing your own wash and dry there good luck. They refuse to let you use machines and they don't leave any open for walk ins who do their own. The 3 ladies who work on sunday are not very accoodating and will make you feel as if your time isn't as important.

I've only used their drop off service and they do a great job. Everything well folded and sorted, next day service, and very reasonably priced. I usually end up paying $20-$35 for a large bag of clothes.

I went here for all my laundry for months, when I needed to use just the drying machine when I was in a pinch ahead of a flight they refused. VERY STRICT no dry policy, doesn’t matter if it’s an emergency, doesn’t matter if you’re a regular customer. They will yell this policy at you. They will not make exceptions. They will treat you as less than human if you have an issue here. If nothing ever goes wrong you’re probably fine - if you ever have an issue you can be certain they will be difficult and disagreeable. Personally I like to frequent places that appreciate your business and value human relationships, so I won’t be back.

Horrible service, came in to use the dryers as my dryers malfunctioned, they have a policy that your not allowed use just the dryer.

the closest laundromat option for people who live off graham. small, coin operated, change machine in store but no ATM. no space to fold or sit, & rolling baskets are old & sometimes busted.if you’re doing self service, workers are slow to clear washers of completed cycles of drop-off orders, which makes for awkwardly asking them to clear it for you.if they were able to invest in some new rolling baskets, and switched to card/contactless payment, it would be 100x better.

Staff is rude, machines are never available. Drop off service is expensive, cash only and they completely ruined my favorite skirt. Won’t be coming back here
