Cigars are dry. I asked to use the hole puncher for a Cigar I purchased from them and the cigar cracked when I punched the hole. I asked to replace it and was told no and I should be careful! Don’t waste your time.Update: I was there as there are no other cigar shops in the area. Spent 50 dollars. Told the worker about my past experience. He told me I shouldn’t do that because they get in trouble. He then insulted me with a three dollar lighter despite the fact that I requested a report cigar.

Beware! I bought an Airbar Box vape and it was fake. It was odd that the guy who sold me this vape asked me to try it in-store first. I'm assuming they've ran into problems selling this product before, thats why he asked me to try it in store, but I was in a rush and left. After the first 3 pulls the tip started burning every time I inhaled. Then I got zapped. I went back and asked kindly for a refund and they refused. They wanted me to take another one. I didn't want to take a replacement out of fear that it will have the same issue. I then found out that many merchants are selling fake Airbars. I sill don't understand why they refused to give me a refund. Thankfully, I paid with card and was able to call my credit card company and cancel the transaction. Shame on this place.Update after reply.It was your store, I have the correct address.If you claim you sell original products, why not just refund me and take it up with the supplier. BTW I forgot to mention that I did try to scan the QR code and it didn't work. This is another reason why I knew this was a fake product. Why couldn't you just refund me? I literally came back like 5 min after purchasing despite me being in a rush. I knew I had to come back right with hopes to get this resolved. Unfortunately, you guys don't know how to take care of your customers. What kind of company denies a refund for a damaged product, 5 minutes after purchase?

*owner can give misinformed response all they want, the inventory here is trash* Do not buy cigars here. Picked out a My Father cigar, cut it and discovered there was green mold throughout the filler tobacco, probably because their humidor is faulty. The guy working the front counter refused to let me exchange for an equally priced cigar— so I wasted my money on something completely unsafe to smoke and he (knowing nothing about the product) acted ignorant and unapologetic. I’ll be disputing the cc charge and steering people away from this store.

I went there as a weekly customer for about 1 year even though alot of things are overpriced. But then the owner is always telling me he got illegal stuff in the back to sell me. Its just weird cuz most of the gentrification people go to that store and go to the back. Bad vibes

I have been going here since they first opened. Love the way the different staff tries to help and accommodate my needs even for things that they don't have and try to bring in for me. This store has had a lot of different staff members all which I've became good friends with now they have the lady who has always been nice to me and my girls.

Look no further for any other smoke shop. Cream of the crop of all smoke shops in Brooklyn. They legit have anything and everything you would ever need. Staff is genuine and kind people. Mega bonus if you enjoy quality cigars, they have a 200sf humidor. The people that own the store are quality, and trust me They’re delivering! Check it out and spread some love. If I could give 6 stars I would.

One of the best selections of cigar in BK. Decently priced. My top 2 favorite smoke they had. Couldn’t believe it most BS smoke shops don’t even carry Padrons. Was surprised when I first walked in and saw hookah’s all over was gunna walk right out. Definitely surprised and pleased. Definitely be back there.

I had bought an item from here that wound up being defective. When I came back, the woman behind the counter tried to argue with me that it did work when I clearly knew that it didn't. After about ten minutes she finally agreed to let me exchange it. The new product worked fine, but someone shouldn't have to argue like that to have a faulty product exchanged. To be on the safe side I wont be coming back here again.
