I'm currently on line to cash out and have been for at least 40 mins. I have been shopping at Burlington for years, and this is hands down THE WORST location I have ever been to. The lines are extremely slow moving, making the checkout process unnecessarily long. There's no way this store is running effectively.

Long lines
Needs more cashier
Store needs better management
They don't let customers use their bathroom
Elevator broken
Security follows u around the store
They need to clean up around the store
Customers open food items eat them while on the long lines
Customers steal while on line taking items out of the boxes
They have clutter all around the store
Good selection of clothing
Not sure where the plus size clothing is for women
Needs a place to sit down to try on shoes in the ladies section
About 75 to 100 peoples on line
It took over an hour to get to the cashier from the back of the line

Tons Of Stuff YESSssss BUT The Lines To Cash Out Is ALWAYS WAYyyy To Looooong And The Cashier's Are EXTREMELY Slow
Expect To Be On Line For At Least 30-45 Mins If Not A Hour Plus

The employees need to take a customer service training, customer need to be treated with respect , I asked a question today to an employee I don’t know if the employee I asked the question was going through a situation or not but she was so nasty rolling her eyes very disrespectful I spend lots of money at this store and I have manners and respect for other people they need to do a better job when dealing with customer.

Burlington stores in general, is a good store. There are multiple items you can pick for. The real problem with the store in my neighborhood and in my city The line is very, very long . Most of the time, they can have only 2 or 3 registers open for a queue of 60 people. If you really want something there be ready to spend 45mns to 1hr at the store. Bad store management.

Big big store like this …remember now people you have to walk all over because nothing is in order and the line for get about it that’s hours in the line and this store don’t have bathroom for customers this big big store sending people to use TJ max bathroom and when you start to say something about it the employees cursing you out worse store and stuff and if the rest of stores are like this ?????????

It took exactly one hour to pay for items that took me less than 15 minutes to find. The manager had to be called and after 15 minutes she appeared but the line didnt. Even though they opened an additional store near by for this outlet to be in a mall they need help. Please do better.

Worst customer service, rude sales representatives. Sales representatives in the inventory department has the most rude and stinkiest attitude. Embarrassing a customer that’s just asking for some information as to where they can empty an abandon cart to use since the elevator is out of service and the carts parked are out of service. Being screamed at instead of offering assistance. Sales representatives needs training before place on floor since this is a place of business and customer service.

The store has a good variety of clothing/shoes/home & kitchen items.... I actually love it. I will however never go here again because I'm of the insanely long line, and the limited number of slowwwww cashiers. They desperately need way more cashiers & staff. I refuse to stand in a line for 75 minutes ever again. Horrific.

The line is absolutely ridiculous. This is the situation EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here. At first I thought it was just a busy time/lack of staff etc.. but now I see it's A CONSTANT PROBLEM. There are only 5 cashier's open, and they are SO DAMN SLOW!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I'm here right now waiting in the line for one hour already. My kids are exhausted. Safe to say I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!!
