Ambush UnavailabilityThis location lies about what you can rent when with what payment method and then only tells you after your show up and try to claim the car. I had a reservation a month in advance and when I arrived the car was not made available.Add to this the fact that the customer service was the worst I have ever received with no one available locally to help and several referrals to utterly ineffective automated systems and I would warn any other potential renters to never rely on the services that might or might not be provided here.

Poor customer service. I was told the car would have a full tank of gas upstairs only to find out it was down to one gallon upon pickup. The meter was in the red. I wasn't offered a voucher for gas. Car wasn't clean on the inside. The trash was pushed under the seat! Wasn't asked if I had a problem with my experience, or anything at drop off. Just take receipt and go. Antiquated equipment. Staff who should be setting up vehicles are not to be doing the job--shouldn't security be there to do one job and not two? No communication between staff in lower level and in office. Will never return and advise others not to do business there.

I rented from here 2 times now and my experience has been nothing but perfect! Most recently I came after Hertz didn’t have any cars despite me booking 2 month in advance and Budget gave me a Wrangler for a walk in on Thanksgiving eve… special shoutout to Rachel who revived hope in car rentals and saved our weekend!

Do not rent from here- Insane wait times to pick up. Waited over 2 hours, they have one person working who takes on avg 20 mins per customer, truly horrific experience.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES: I have rented from this location multiple times, and aside from long waits, did not have issues since our most recent rental in August. We rented a car for one day to drive to Long Island and back. Before bringing the car to the garage, I paid to refill the gas and dropped the car off in the last 30 minutes that the location was open. As my husband and I headed up to the front desk, we realized we had not taken photos of the odometer and gas as we normally do, but decided we hadn't had issues here before, so it wasn't worth running back downstairs to try and stop the attendant before he checked in the car. When we got to the office, there were other customers, so the agent told us to leave our exit paperwork on a stack on the counter and we were all set. That evening, I got my receipt with nearly $200 in charges for an empty gas tank. Our mileage also claimed we drove over 1,200 miles in half a day (we paid for unlimited mileage, but this showed that the information was all entered haphazardly). My husband went back first thing in the morning, waited nearly an hour in line, and the attendant said there was nothing they could do, but gave him a phone number to call to be directly connected to management. Turns out the phone number was a general reservations number. It has been nearly a month, and despite having time and location stamped gas receipts, proof of the drive that we did, etc., I have not been fully refunded and have basically paid twice for this gas. If you need to rent here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, and I would suggest not leaving without confirmation that you've been checked out with the appropriate fuel and odometer levels.

Horrible car rental experience:1-Had a car reserved for 10:30. They didn't have a car for 3 hours.2- Told the guy I needed a toll pass. He forgot.3- The guy also said he'd comp me by saying the gas was at 1/8 a tank when it was full. He lied.4- they forgot to give me a garage pass on the way out.Returning was fine though.I might as well have walked to the airport.

Terrible service, one hour and waiting to pick up a vehicle. The desk attendants need a change of career and move out the service industry- the most abrupt, rude people I’ve come across.On return, was charged an extra 35%. They said I had brought it back late (they had time in their system wrong) and refused a refund.Security only allow one customer in at a time. Says a lot.

Worst place ever, along with the BUDGET being one of the worst rental companies. Unresponsive and rude staff, especially a lady with a red tattoo in her chest SAMANTHA, whose specialty is just to brush people off and confront in every request you make. They contradict each other on every statement, leave you wait for hours, and just try oversell, while not helping you at all. Even wanted to charge me $50 for being there 5 minutes earlier than the pickup time. I do not know how budget runs this place. Looking for the manager? he is never there. Calling the place? they never pick up the phone even when idling. NEVER EVER THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Worst experience ever. The website says you can rent a car with a temporary license and another form of ID (like a passport). This is a lie. You still need a physical license. Additionally, the service is incredibly slow, as there is one customer service representative serving maybe a twenty person line. Give yourself at least an hour to wait and get your car (if there are no issues).

DONT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. If I could give a 0 star review I would. We have a 7am booking. Arrived at 7am & no staff were there and another person waiting to collect. Returned an hour later at 8am and there were 6 other groups waiting to collect a car and still no staff there. Read other reviews, they say the same. It didn’t look like our car was even in the park that we rented.

honestly great experience very polite staff, Tatiana helped us very friendly answered all question and explained everything . Definitively made it a smooth & easy experience was in and out within 15 mins.

Paid extra for a large car, they didn't have it available when I came to pick it up, so they gave me something much smaller but still charged me full price. Not a Trust worthy company, PURE RIP OFF!!!

The customer service here to pick up is laughable at best. The agent had a very miserable look on her face and didn't even say hello. Was very stoic when explaining different policies and rates regarding the rental. Did not go over rental time and early arrival charge. I would have waited I just wanted to be on time to have the car ready. Sends me downstairs to pick up a car THAT IS NOT EVEN THERE. The attendant downstairs looked annoyed and sent me back upstairs. The agent didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, kept their smug look on their face and sent me back on my way. The return agent and attendant were great. So there's where the one star comes in.Needless to say, I will never return to this location.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We booked through uber and came to pick up the car. We asked for a 7 seater we were told there was only one car available and that the Cadillac that was free isnt a “good car”. We asked why? He said its 300$ a day for it I responded we only needed Then we were told there was only one car. I asked the nice guy who gets the car how many cars he had he says a tahoe and suburban is still here. I waited for my sister and he wanted her social security number then she declines. I offer my information he doesn’t ask for my social security number he asked for my billing address from out of state. I offer it he said he has to do a soft credit check because we didnt have a credit card. I said okay if thats policy lets do it he claims I didnt pass which is literally impossible. Much later my dad comes to help us and the man tells him theres no cars. So I waited until the man goes to the back and literally the other employee comes out and tells me theres 7 seater’s downstairs. My father said forget it and we left and was able to do without it but this was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car: DO NOT GO HERE. The man in the pictures at the front desk is the man I am referring to. He is terrible
