Update: customer service reached out and offered to fix my sofa free of charge. I really appreciated the help, the sofa is feeling better. Maybe not permanently fixed, they did have to remove a few loose springs but overall a improvement.
I originally loved the look of my sofa and found the deliver to be easy and accommodating.
Unfortunately my sofa was not built to last. I purchased it 3 years ago and the springs have become loose and lumpy. It’s no fun to sit on anymore but still looks brand new.

I purchased a couch in 2021. A year later the bottom of the couch completely fell out. I was sitting on it watching tv and it made a noise and dropped beneath me. They sent someone to repair and he said it didn’t have the proper bolts. He fixed it and exactly a year later the same thing happened again. I sent in an email and photos and have not received a response. I have never had a couch do something like this. I’m disappointed in quality and service.

I needed a sofa and wanted to try something local. Found out about Brooklyn Space from a friend. I ordered my sofa on Monday night and it was delivered on Thursday in NYC. One of the legs got scraped in delivery so they sent somebody to replace the leg. Excellent customer service all around.The buttons on my tufted sofa are a little loose so clothing gets caught on them. Brooklyn Space sent a repair man to tighten the buttons, however the repair man recommended not tightening them because it would look weird with the fabric. If you are considering a tufted sofa, I would recommend visiting the showroom first to confirm it's not a broader issue with their tufted products (unfortunately the show room was closed when I ordered). My friend has a non-tufted sofa and had no issues.Overall, I love my new sofa and I'm happy that I found out about Brooklyn Space.

Beautiful, comfortable, and a true statement piece. The customer service team was great and I would buy all the couches from them if I had the space.

Small company providing comfy fashionable furniture. No frills, no upselling, no inflated prices (but that means no sales either). Just a showroom with the guy who owns the company.Delivery was easy, they even helped me recycle an older couch that would have otherwise went to a landfill. I actually made a huge blunder and locked myself out of my apartment during the delivery process but they were able to work with me to return and assemble the couch after I got back into my apartment. Cool and reasonable people.
