This is my go-to neighborhood spot for all my shipping needs - it's very convenient for dropping off UPS and Fedex but they are also extremely helpful if you don't have a pre-paid label - they always help find the best, most reasonably priced option. They also do passport photos - I brought my kid, who was uncooperative to say the least, and Ameer was SO kind and patient, he guided my kid through the process until we got the perfect shot, which believe me, was not easy.

Going to the brick and mortar location of any of the shipping and mail brands is hell. This is heaven. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, there’s rarely a wait, and you can get all your packages mailed in one place.

Super helpful. A package dropped off a few days earlier didn't get a tracking update. I called the store and they asked me to email them. Within an hour, they sent security camera footage of the package on the shelf and then being loaded into the truck - so I knew it was on the way. The package arrived safely. They also have been super responsive with questions via email about shipping protocols. Their customer service is excellent. I've been super impressed!

I had the most seamless experience at Brooklyn Postal Center. Denzel was super helpful with helping me find the perfect size boxes for my luggages which I was shipping to California. He helped securely package and wrap up the boxes. They even provided zip ties for the bigger luggage that I didn't need a box for. For the shipping labels, I just had to email it to them and they did the rest of the work. With moving across coasts and having to deal with a lot of boxes/luggages, it can be an overwhelming process, but Brooklyn Postal Center helped put me at the ease with their packaging knowledge and organized processes.
