Staff is really nice. Helped me find a bushing even though I didn’t know exactly which one I needed and it was the exact one. Very quick too. Definitely go here for propane in the area. Don’t go anywhere else

We love our new bathroom and couldn’t be happier with how it all came together in the end. Being able to buy everything in one place and pick it up when we needed them was a major relief. It was also alot easier going into the store when there was a problem, instead of dealing with phone customer service reps and shipping return or exchange headaches that would've caused delays. Thank you so much to the entire team, especially Leedan and management, for a wealth of information that made our renovation project alot less stressful than it could've been if we went somewhere else.

Have you ever came across people who made impossible - possible? Well i did and the person that helped me do that was David that works in this company. I was searching for a specific brand for a very long time; I drove the entire day from one location to another searching for that specific item and my last stop was this company. David was very helpful, patient and very respectful, but most importantly what i would like to call a “Magician”; you might ask why. The brand that i was searching for he did not have, no. But he went out of his was searching for it through a different website, ordered it and came all the way to my location to deliver it. I have never seen such a high level of customer service and care for what their customers demands. Not only that he found something I’ve been looking for so long, but he also delivered it right to my hands. I wanna thank the company for such professionals they have working for them, but most importantly i wanna thank David for making impossible - possible. Highly recommend!!!!!

I bought today, water pump I end up, not using it not even try it. I find the problem was a fuse. I took back the seal box to the plumbing supply. They refused to take it back even to give me credit store credit instead, they claim that I use it already, please don’t step to the store. No

Four employees ignoring a customer standing directly in front of them. After about 45 seconds and saying "good afternoon" to them, one stopped his banter long enough to ask me what I needed. Unhelpful, unmotivated, and unenthusiastic, I get the bare minimum help. To add insult to injury, he hands the merchandise and a bag separately.Made a mistake coming here, should have gone to Home Depot. ALWAYS go to Home Depot first.

I had a great experience getting a part I needed for a flushometer. I had been to a few plumbing supply stores to look for the part, and the guys at this store were the most helpful by far. Customer service was excellent.
