By far the kindest and most helpful technician I have ever spoken with. You could tell he really wanted to get to the bottom of the problem unlike other stores who seem to want to get the easiest solution done so they could get the money & move on. Thanks to Matt, we need more technicians like you!

Told her this was a mobile service where they will come to you. Had an appointment at 3:30. He cane to the location and didn’t call to say he was there. Then I had later to find out he had went to another location and would be free at 7pm. I said agai and called him close to 7 to see if he was still coming and he said he’s four blocks away and needs to do one more thing. He said he would call me as soon as outride. 8:20 still no show so o decide to call and guess what? Blank no answer. How unprofessional. I would not want anyone to get played like this. If you can’t make it let the person know. Really unfair. Lost a good tipping customer

Professional, friendly, on time, & replaces iPhone screen for under $100 in less than 10 minutes, & they come to you in company vehicle. They rock - I would highly recommend to anyone else that lives on the wild side & drops their phone as much as me.

When my laptop crashed I had to replace the hard drive. I researched a few places before I settled on Brooklyn Phone & Laptop Repair. As soon as I connected with Matt I knew he was the perfect tech for the job. I purchased a new hard drive and he installed it in less than a 1/2 hour. No issues whatsoever and my laptop is working perfectly again. My daughter's iPhone screen broke recently and due to Covid the repair was done curbside, it was fixed in 10 minutes. No bait & switch; the price Matt quotes is what you'll pay. Which is much less than the local competition. I trust no one else.

The service is impeccable! I called and max informed me they have mobile service, so I didn't have to have to leave my home to get my screen repaired. It was fast it only took 10 minutes. They have a costumer for life.

This morning my screen shattered completely (huge bummer). Called up the Apple Store, they wanted $170 to replace, Staples wanted $140. Decided to go with a smaller type of store which would hopefully be more affordable. All the stores I found were ran by foreigners which made me uneasy. Besides, all of them were charging between $90 - $100. Finally found Brooklyn Phone & Laptop Repair. Spoke with Matt. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in tech. He came over to my house with his mobile repair van in half an hour and fixed my phone in under 10 minutes. Best part? He only charged me $70, the lowest from all 6 stores I called. Highly recommended to anyone needing tech assistance or repair. Thank you Matt!

Amazing service! Confirmed an appointment via Yelp messages to get my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced. Matt met me at the agreed location right on time and fixed up my phone in 15 minutes. Had a great convo as well and would recommend him for repairs. He's also the cheapest I've seen! Thanks again!
