Omgggg when I tell you I cried when my Google chrome user profile got deleted I was sobbing... years of bookmarks and data and every website I depended on had wiped all my info.. I tried looking online for advice but there was NOTHING! Until I reached out to Mike Jonas who is an angel and fixed my issue remotely. It was like watching magic happen on my laptop screen while he moved the mouse and next thing you know I got all my info back! Now I'm crying tears of joy thank you!!!!!!

Patient. Kind. Honest. Hardworking. Solutions-focused. That's Michael and his Brooklyn PC clinic. My son's PC (he's in high school so uses it often for homework and maayyyyybe a little gaming) just stopped working so we took it to the PC Clinic (after reading reviews like this) and Mike was great. The issue was very hard to identify (Mike thought he had fixed it but then it stopped working again so we had to bring it back) and I really appreciated how honest Mike was about the whole process. It's not always one and done when it comes to identifying an issue, and Mike was very clear about that. Mike was also super responsive during the entire process and always made us feel like we were important customers. If he needed to get to something else first, he would let us know, too. It's that kind of transparency that makes customers like me feel very good about recommending Brooklyn PC Clinic.

My son spilled apple juice over his 2020 M1 MacBook Air which resulted in the keyboard malfunctioning. Josh and his team managed to clean the existing keyboard contacts without having to replace it. I really appreciate the honesty as I could have been quoted for a much more expensive full keyboard replacement. Bonus: this was turned around in 24 business hours. Amazing.

Mike has now twice saved me when my PC's failed and I didn't have backups of their hard drives. And the second time he was able to save the computer as well. Without asking he setup a backup system that will prevent this from being an issue in the future. He's simply the best and if you have a PC problem, you should definitely bring your computer here.

My desktop gaming PC recently stopped booting after the motherboard CPU light went on. I gave Michael a call and he saw me quickly, and had my computer back to me same day. It's now running great.I really appreciated the communication on pricing (very reasonable) + timeline, and will definitely be using him again for any future computer issues.

A Dell laptop crashed and burned on me, but Mike was able to repair it while keeping my budget in mind re: cost of parts. This is my second time using PC Clinic after Mike was able to salvage a tower for use as a backup workstation two years ago. Will return.

I can not recommend Brooklyn PC Clinic more highly. Mike accurately assessed the problem with my vintage MacBook Air, replaced a malfunctioning part and quickly fixed my computer so it now works perfectly. He was attentive to my concerns and understood that I preferred to repair not replace. His prices are more than fair. He is calming and competent and was able to bring my anxiety level down a few notches while in the midst of the stress caused by a complete computer breakdown. Plus, Mike is not only a skilled technician, he is a very nice person.

Mike is outstanding! My laptop's battery was on its last leg, and it was clear I needed a new machine ASAP before an overseas business trip.Mike swiftly responded by assessing my needs that Friday afternoon, showed me the new machine I'd be purchasing the next day, and worked with his suppliers to deliver the out-of-stock computer by Tuesday morning so I could do my job while traveling.I highly recommend Mike if you're looking for excellent customer service from a trusted IT expert.
