I originally wrote a great review because Luis was such a great Salesman! I hope he leaves there and move on to better things. I purchased a brand new 2023 outlander sports 3/2023. This car has given me so much problem since service center did a oil change and a recall on 9/2023. My car would stop in on going traffic and say Collision! Which is insane, because I've never been in a car accident ever! At this point I'm scared to drive this car!
Update: my car stop in traffic and someone did ram into me in 4/2024.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this company. They smile in your face to get your car in, once it’s there everything changes. Customer service is absolutely pointless. They can never give updates about your vehicle. My vehicle has been in their facility for WEEKS no one can tell me up to now what is going on with my vehicle or if I can pick it up. Just save yourself the hassle & find somewhere else to go.

If you want to get the run around then take your car here. They take your car and promise to call you the next day and then when you follow up they just take your info and say someone will get back to you and they never do. I think buying a car with them was not a good idea.

On a Saturday, I was told to leave my car & the Service Agent would give me a call with pricing and an update. Noticing that the ship was going to close, I called to get an update. I was told to hold. I held for 20 minutes. No one got back to me so I called back immediately. At that time the shop had closed & I was forwarded to VM. I left a VM. On Monday I called 3 times to speak with the Manager. The Service Agent refused to let me speak with the Manager so I had to take a half day from my job & find transportation to the shop in Brooklyn. I spoke with the Manager "Mike" who blamed the experience on his staff. He assured me that everything would be taken care of. On Friday I picked up my car. On Saturday, the brand new tire that I bought was flat (slow leak). Note, only that one new tire. I called the service center & Mike told me that I would need to buy a new tire (which may or may not be functional). Absolutely. No Words... Use them at your own risk!!!!

What a nightmare. We had our Outlander 2017 serviced here in September. The car had a problem with pulling to the right side. The mechanic, Josue was very rude and unresponsive. We paid almost a thousand dollars for a repair. They replaced a tire rods and charged $129.99 for a wheel alignment that was not done. I did not receive any computer printout and after 3 weeks of fighting they finally gave us back our car. We paid $950 and there was not a change in a car behavior. They simply did nothing to fix my car problem. They also told us to additionally replace the control arms for additional $1100. But we we were very suspicious about it and we took it to different mechanic. They did the computerized wheel alignment and showed us a problem on a computer screen. It took $95 to fix the problem. So the Mitsubishi committed a fraud by replacing a part that was probably not necessary, and charged me for wheel alignment that was not done at all. The computer print out from the other shop showed that nothing was done at Mitsubishi Service as for the wheel alignment. None of the 4 wheels was adjusted and I have a proof to show. When we showed up to pick up a car we were given an attitude from a mechanic with a sarcasm because we did not fall for their farther ($1100) scam. We waited 2 hours just for the invoice, when at the same time several other customers were served. Was it a punishment?
Mitsubishi Company is a great Company but it has a cancer cell in Brooklyn. Unfortunately, we will NEVER buy or recommend Mitsubishi car because of this horrible experience.
