This was an amazing experience. My keyboard had stopped working and I was under a strict deadline. Within 10 mins of showing him my laptop the issue was resolved. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Really cool guy and very professional. Turned off my laptop while updating and messed it up lol. He fixed it the same day and I was able to pick up the next day, definitely will be back and recommend. Price was also really reasonable.

Raul was incredibly helpful and kind. About a year ago he replaced my MacBook Pro's battery at an affordable price. Recently, I presented an even more complex case to him - my computer's entire circuit board needed to be replaced because of water damage. I'm pretty sure that would be a repair equivalent to the cost of a whole new computer. Raul very patiently worked on the board, which ended up being a hugely hard and complex problem to solve. He kept me updated the entire time - and in the end charged me such a reasonable price for his amount of time and labor. Raul definitely cares for his customers and, it seems, for the world. He's really cool - and really good at what he does.

Had a great experience. Raul kept me updated throughout my whole process and didn't mind holding onto my computer while I had to get replacement parts which took like 3 weeks. He was also very very affordable! Def will be back if I have any issues with my computer.
