I love this shop for so many reasons, but my favorite is the customer service and bar cutting service they offer. 10/10 I recently purchased from them and will definitely be doing it again!

The service and quality at Broadway scooters is a cut above the rest!! The company provided stellar rare service and personally called me to verify parts ordered for our custom scooter. Rather than just auto processing the order it was reviewed by a live person who called me to make some slight changes to parts to ensure best compatibility. I was so thankful and appreciate this level of service and excellence. Thank you so much!!

My first time buying from them since I'm getting into scoots. Great prices, excellent packaging, free shipping over $99 and fast shipping. I got my stuff before TV and I ordered after them. Great job BPS!!! Highly recommend and will draw me away from the competition.

I was shopping around for a GPS, and I ran into this business that had the best price. I placed an order with very skeptical in mind, as I have no idea about this business, but I would depend on Paypal's protection. Surprisingly, the order was shipped out the next day with FedEx. I can't wait to receive the item I have much more confidence to order from this business from now on. Awesome! ??

Terrible service, I wanted so bad to love this place as they are the only local shop that has a large selection of pro scooters. However I was very disappointed, first of all they are still closed due to “Covid”, I’m sorry but this is not for the safety of employees or customers, it’s just pure laziness and disregard for their customers. Since I couldn’t go look around and make a purchase IN STORE I placed an order online. Now 3 days later and my item hasn’t shipped and no one will respond to my email since you can’t call either.

So I was initially very worried that this site might be a scam because of the low prices. It would keep coming up suggested for what I was looking for (Envy Prodigy s8) for my son. They were like $70 cheaper than most other retailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc). However, the trust pilot scores, google reviews, and Facebook reviews were favorable. I’m glad I took the chance. They had some great Labor Day deals, made it clear that they were closed but would ship out once reopen. True to their word; I got an email with a ups tracking number promptly and had the scooter within a couple days. That was super! If I had to ding them on anything it would be the 15 percent off code for signing up didn’t take off any additional savings but that is normally the case for clearance items at other retailers. So I didn’t really hold it against them. Thanks Broadway way scooters for allowing my son to try a new sport on a scooter that would have been out of his price range.

Their price on the scooter was like $70 cheaper than anyone else but the trust pilot scores, google reviews, and Facebook reviews spoke otherwise. Very disappointed in service and product. We ordered a custom scooter this spring and received amazing customer service while building the scooter ( it wasn’t cheap but, extremely excited to receive the scooter we built at this point)When the scooter arrived is when things took a turn. Brand new scooter was grinding hard . You couldn’t do bar spins or even whip the deck around without it grinding and catching… fast forward contact the company send videos send this and that.. trade emails because you can’t get ahold of anyone by phone ( which was not the case while building we even got a call on a Sunday)… they sent washers to fix the problem … not fixed, same process again .. they send a video … 6weeks go by I get a phone call finally and the company sends more washers. After that no follow up or check in after the second set of washes (4 in total) We ended up buying parts from another company .. so expensive scooter brand new that never worked correctly finally works ( thanks to us shelling out more money) but in our experience Broadway is great until something doesn’t work. In hindsight, I wish we would of just sent the scooter back and ordered from someone else.

Horrible! very disappointed, misleading info about business hours, it states that the store is open! it’s not! is open only for online orders! they better fix this, otherwise costumers will loose time and money like i did! Shame on you “Broadway Scooters”
