Usually do bulk orders from here for my family’s restaurants and our driver makes sure to always tip the people helping load the car.
You really have to make sure that the order is complete before leaving!! One day when we were in a rush they gave the driver the wrong order. They never even called to let us know they made this mistake, WE had to call THEM, even though they knew that they had given us the wrong order. We had to go back and drive the 40 minutes to the location because they had no solutions for us for the location is “too far”. We then picked up the order again and also decided to just keep the wrong order since it was out of the way.
At this point we were still rushed asked if our order was complete and asked if that was all. the order seemed to be correct but once unloading I noticed that they forgot to give me about two boxes, one being 9 patron bottles which is a huge purchase and AGAIN they never called me to let me know this mistake… I had to call them AGAIN. They did not apologize or offer any solutions for me except to drive back over AGAIN and pick up the order, I had to tell them that it MUST be delivered because they’ve already made mistakes again and they agreed to deliver… very disappointed, really bad customer service most employees in the store seem to just be careless and not care about the customers.

Slightly over priced compared to other stores. Did not have liquor needed in stock. They do have a huge selection to choose from.

BOURBON! Awesome selection of Bourbon. Sad there was no Wellers or anything from Buffalo Trace, but definitely a solid selection.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at BQE Wine and Liquor Store that I feel compelled to share.Regrettably, my visit was marred by what I can only describe as a racially insensitive incident.Upon entering the store, I encountered discriminatory behavior from a staff member, which left me feeling unwelcome and disheartened. Despite expecting a neutral and respectful shopping environment, the encounter was tainted by prejudiced remarks.It is disconcerting to see such behavior in a place that should foster inclusivity. I hope that by sharing this experience, it encourages the management of BQE Wine and Liquor Store to address and rectify these issues promptly.Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background. I believe it's crucial for businesses to prioritize inclusivity and educate their staff on cultural sensitivity. I hope this review prompts positive change within the establishment. Won’t ever be shopping there again because there are other wine and liquor stores in the neighborhood that serve a variety with better customer satisfaction.
