Dishonest! Dishonest! Dishonest!1Beware of this place. The men at the car wash are dishonest. I went to wash my car and asked for mats, vacuum and wash. They charge me for premium and claimed it was a package. I did not even request that package. Even though they charge me for that package they did not even provide the services that were listed under that package. I spoke to the car washers about the list of services that were suppose to be provided under that package. He sent me to the cashier. The cashier refused to refund me my money even though all services listed were never provided. This is not the first time this incident occur. The first time I did not pay attention to the charges carefully, but this time I did. Please pay attention to your money, receipts etc. They are robbing you! WOMEN BE ON THE LOOK OUT! THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE BECAUSE WE ARE WOMEN. THEY ARE THIEVES! I will be reporting this matter further!

All reviewers who says this car wash at 1092 Rogers Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11226 does good service should reevaluate their assessment. Today 5/11/21 I took my car there for a wash. The attendant who directed me to the wash speaks English but seemingly had a problem understanding me ( no to those who would say the problem was my English). I inspected my car and found the wheels had not been cleaned. I notified the person who minds the mini store. He directed me to an Asian man who he said, is the supervisor of the washing staff. This Asian man was very disrespectful and dismissive. He did not want to listened to my complain. He said in broken English that the wash does not include the wheels, only the car. He then waved his hand indication I should leave or talk to the boss. On my return to the office where the man who minds the store sits, I learned that the Asian man to whom attempted to complain, is the boss. This is madness. We who live in Brooklyn should not support this kind of business.

Went to the cashier ask for $20 and took my money off my card they told my card declined but the transaction went through on the app they telling me I have to wait 24 hours for the money to go back on my card I still didn’t get my money back

The Worse service in Brooklyn, the cashier said they don't have gas every day from 7am to 7am, if you ask for change to use the air compressor he say that they don't have service. He is so lazy
