Paid for a full tank of gas here during a snowstorm. Right after finishing pumping, I went to wipe off some snow from my windshield so I could get visibility before hitting the road again. It was a 30 second ordeal. The gas station still had several open pumps and no one waiting to enter. Despite all this, the cashier went out of his way to come outside and yell at me in front of my family despite seeing that I already paid for my gas and was quickly preparing to go back into the storm. After I explained myself he continued to shout me down before going back inside. Incredibly rude and unempathetic “service” - go to the Mobil that’s before this one instead.

Costumer service guy charged me for $2 bottle water charge me $2000 this poor raping scammer over charging costumer only buy $2 bottle water this poor costumer service crazy they told me we credit back to me I wait 4 days now posted on my card I highly recommend watch ask for receipt

Here you can spend your money but you cannot go to the bathroom, they do not have excellent service, these are the qualities that should be closed because when closed they are more useful than when open

All these Indian attendants got mental sickness why would they judge ppl by their looks and then let them use the restroom saw an guy coming out but when I asked for the bathroom key he said no in a very rude way owners wake-up fire these all asap otherwise no one would come at your expensive dirty gas station

Very rude staff. We stepped out for ten minutes and when we came back the manager started to scream at us that we were absent for too long and he called tow service. We apologized, because we were looking for the bathroom because I have bladder issues (theirs bathroom is not working). We fueled and got back on the road and right front tire became deflating super fast - we checked that and found a piece of glass under the cap of the tire hose. Stay away from this place!

Awful!! Absolutely disgusting!! This place is so bad!! I literally went in, asked if they had a restroom and the bodega guy said, “No.” He was so rude it was unbelievable!! He told me to get out in a rude way! About to purchase gas!! Never supporting BP. These gas stations across nyc are disgusting!! The staff are the blame. Dirty, unclean, and extremely smelly!! I’m never spending a penny on gas there again. I’d rather go somewhere more expensive like Shell or Mobile. Not this “gas station.”

This location is horrible. You can get gas food and drinks at any other location much easier and with better service
