Garbage among garbage! Why do you require manual service? Isn't it just to collect tips? It's so funny that the United States actually allows mandatory charges! If you don't pay, you won't be allowed to refuel! Garbage！ Bad ！They should have closed down long ago! Such a terrible gas station! It affects the entire industry! It affects the entire community! They are rotten apples!

I had a very disappointing experience at PB gas station located at 1601 86th St, Brooklyn, NY 11214. On November 19, 2024, I was charged twice for gas - $30 for the valid transaction and an additional $40 that was taken from my bank account without justification.
I went back to the station on December 4, 2024, in the morning to address the issue with the cashier. However, he was unprofessional and unhelpful, telling me to come back at night to speak with the person who processed my transaction. When I returned that evening at around 10 PM, the night cashier was equally unprofessional, simply stating that it was a bank problem and offering no assistance.
When I contacted my bank, they informed me that the $40 charge was considered valid and they could not refund it. This means I lost $40 and received no gas in return. The bank confirmed that the problem originated from the gas station.
This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. The staff’s lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help rectify the situation is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this gas station to prevent similar issues.

I got shocked, after a mile of driving I noticed that the attendant left my gas door open. I went back and tell him personally to be more careful the next time, I did not even complain because I don't want him lose his job. The attendant instantly cursed at me and tell me to gtfo never come back again, what kind of business is this? BTW the gas is way overpriced here. I don't know why this place even exist.

I had a one gallon jerrycan cause I ran out of gas, worker there said no. I asked why not and he straight up started yelling that it was too small etc. It's not like everyday someone comes for one gallon of gas, just emergency.

The tiniest BP station ever. It either has 8 pumps, but they're really close together. Not a lot of room to maneuver around, especially if you need to flip your car around. No problems with the pump, but also noticed a lot of people were doing full service, which you hardly ever see in Brooklyn.
