Terrible customer service. I asked to buy more gas and they refused to take my card inside. Outside tap scanners do not work. Worker refused to accommodate sale of additional gas. Crazy

This is a gas station. You can always go inside to get something to eat or drink.

The elderly gentleman has no respect to certain customers.....I observed his behavior towards some people I hope it's not a race thing with him, he always say lotto machine is not working, if you buying gas and he don't think you fit his description he dismiss you right away. Customer Service is a priority in any business.....

The bp gas station located at 1412 eastern parkway Brooklyn, ny 11233 has an employee who works there that is very rude last night he refused to serve people because he was eating his dinner at the window. A lady came there with her children and he refused to serve her and shooed her away.. She videotaped him and told him she was going to report him to channel 12 news. His a** needs to be fired if you need to eat your dinner take a dinner break and let another employee work the window.

Just like any regular Gas station. I love putting gas stations on the web because when is time to gas up, is nice to find them right away. The store is nice and clean. I forgot to check if there is a bathroom. Oops!
