I’ve been coming to this BP gas station for years and I can honestly say I trust them completely with my car — and even my whole family’s cars. They’re always honest, upfront, and dependable. Every time, they do the right thing without trying to upsell or cut corners. It feels good to know I have a place I can rely on where integrity still matters. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

think it should start even lower than zero, which I have already given them. I put $65 in gas at the number seven pump. There was worker shila he never know the how to take customers and bad attitude bad behavior 0Stars for him i m no gonna come again this place stay always this place

Have been coming here for years and although I recently came across some bad customer service I believe he was just having a stressful day early in the morning and just pushed me away, I went again later that day and I met with one of the managers that I have dealt with in the past along with the mechanic always great to see them, mentioned my concern about my previous visit that day and instantly took care of my request.

Stay away from this place. The guy told me I needed to do brake pads for the rear and recommended to do the rotors with it for $500 if I pay cash.I went to my mechanic just to find out my brakes are still brand new and I didn’t need to do my brakes

“Terrible customer service at BP Verrazano Repair Shop! I stopped by to get gas around 8:30 PM and went inside to pay with my credit card. The clerk, who appeared to be Eastern European, rudely told me they don’t accept credit card payments inside and insisted I pay at the pump. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. If this is store policy, it should be clearly stated. If not, the manager needs to address this type of behavior. Customers deserve respect and clear communication, not hostility. Definitely won’t be returning!”

It’s close to highway exit so very convenient to stop by for getting gas. They have very friendly workers. I usually come here for oil change or repairs. They have really good guys working on the cars. Once they fix the car I don’t have to come back or deal with same problem again. They have comparable prices also. Especially the guy name is Walter, he is really good. They also have parking lot for customers to leave their cars for during the day or over night for reasonable prices

Went here for an inspection and left with a quote of almost $1.3k and a failed inspection. Decided to go for a second opinion and left with a passed inspection and only payed $37. They tried to get me to change my tires, routers and brake pads with a $400 labor fee. Better going with a mechanic and not with these scammers.

i recently got a change oil symbol on my car snd happened to be passing by this place and it was the quickest and best oil change of my life not only were they quick but were very reasonably priced highly recommend bringing your car here for all mechanic needs

. I brought the oil and the filter . and they want to charge me 50 $ for oil change only . and when I ask the Man in the office why it's so expensive. he said this is the minimum charge. and he didn't told me that in the beginning. and all the time he busy with call using the speaker even when I talked to him. I advice anyone to be careful if you going there .

They did good work at a great price. Honest and professional! Any place that tells people when they don’t pass inspection is going to have some unfair reviews haha!
