This is the second time that they have not let me know that my last order was my last refill. They have left me twice in the predicament of having no supplies because they fail to be reliable and contact their patients. The first time I had this issue the women who handled the situation was super apologetic and said they should have warned me instead of just not calling to refill my supplies. This time was absolutely horrible as it is my Omnipod supplies & I need my pump as injections don’t work well for me. The person I spoke to told me a manager wasn’t there and then preceded to say it’s not their fault that the doctor isn’t in on the weekend. Not reliable and just no empathy or human decency. Now i’m left worried about how i will possible make it to the delivery date because I'm left with only two site changes.

Worst pharmacy ever! They used fedex to deliver my package and fedex had someone else signed for my supplies since the 29th of November and until I cannot receive an update as to what’s going on.

I would have gave 0 stars they used ups who rang my bell and left and brought my daughter insulin pump 3 town's over they're still refused after 10 days to get the pump and re deliver. They told me I should have answered my door or figure out how to get to the town meanwhile it's a $70 taxi ride round trip as if I had a car I wouldn't be using a delivery pharmacy. Staff doesn't care she been in the hospital because of this and insurance cant reissue because they think we have them. I'll be filling a complaint with NY depth of health today. If you love your family member DONT USE THEM

Came across this pharmacy in a pinch, needed a time sensitive prescription. The pharmacist went out of his way to transfer my prescription in a timely manner and it save me a great deal. Truly appreciate their efforts and I wasn't a regular customer, they really care.I recommend those who live in the area to become a regular.

They was super nice and sweet. The girl I worked with got my mom supplies and took the time to explain it to us. They also didn't give us a long wait time. I will be sending all of my family supplies to them from now on.

She will quickly suggest everything, tell you, explain all the details, after communicating with her there are only positive emotions and a boost of energy for the whole day! What can I say except that they are reliable and always friendly. I have never once had an issue. The technician Rick is always beyond helpful and informative. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend them!

If I could give them a lower rating than what is allowed on this website I would. I've waited over a month and a half for my diabetic supplies and they are full of ready-made excuses just like Selena S. pointed out. Same excuses. If you value your time and health don't even think about considering this place. Find a different pharmacy. I've had it.
