No one answers the phone so you don’t even know if they’re open or not....tho it’s boost mobile what do you really expect. I finally got a actual person who ofc was rude,unprofessional and disrespectful,she refused to take my # so the owner could call me and explain why his store doesn’t participate in a program that dish/boost mobile participates in...hmmm

I have an a phone from boost moble, and I called for an upgrade. My phone is 3 years old . I was told I could upgrade for a 4 hundred dollar phone for 1 hundred. When I went to that particular store I was told it would cost 1 hundred plus tax plus another activation fee and t hen some. Its unfair as a loyal customer for six year plus, that i would have been given a deal, but did not. I'm truly thinking of changing, and going elsewhere.

The lady work there is just a liar. I was trying to get a new phone, she first lied I need to get the most expensive plan to get the phone; Then lied I need to pay the tax for the full price, not the discount price. But actually I already called another boost store, I know the total is about $250, this lady told me it would be close to $350, almost a hundred dollars difference. She was lying to try to get as much money from me as possible, which made me so angry. Next time I would drive a long way to another store, will never step into this store again!

Boost mobile used to be Virgin Mobile. Have been a customer for over 10 years. What I liked most was the mobile hot spot option. Which changed with out my knowledge. I had phone plan and added 30 gb hot spot. Now its all lumped together. As a loyal auto pay customer I have had my last straw. Now Boost Mobile is Dish. Unreal that when your account uses all the data 35gb which was not my hot spot data. That disappeared from my dashboard. You can not restart plan by paying earlier then auto due date. I have work that needs to be done. And need internet access. Even tho I made my monthly payment today trying to restart plan. I called service center with roosters crowing in background. But too no avail. Was told could not restart plan. In the past this was never an issue. I would pay and auto pay date would change. But now Dish is new owner. Yea they want you to waste money by purchasing gig add ons. Even tho my date of auto pay is 1 day away. I am thru with this company. Will be finding a more reliable carrier with at least decent customer service. So if you are shopping around keep looking for a more reliable phone carrier. Or you will find out the hard way. I am not angry because I was the one who signed up for this carrier.

This place is the best! Lisi (sorry if I misspelled her name) is absolutely an Angel. She fixed the issue and after more than 2 weeks of phone calls to customer service, it was Lisi who re-activated my account and I was able to keep my old number. She is wonderful, the nicest person I have ever met in customer service. Lisi you made my day! Bank you and good luck ! ♥️?
