I prefer online sometimes the information they give you in stores is incorrect. Trying to sell you want you don't need.

This place was useless in helping me figure out why my phone wasn't work, actually told me to go to a repair shop to get it fixed. I came frustrated and angry when I went on boost mobile chat they help me resolved the problem and get my phone working. Sales representatives not helpful.
