Boost mobile used to be Virgin Mobile. Have been a customer for over 10 years. What I liked most was the mobile hot spot option. Which changed with out my knowledge. I had phone plan and added 30 gb hot spot. Now its all lumped together. As a loyal auto pay customer I have had my last straw. Now Boost Mobile is Dish. Unreal that when your account uses all the data 35gb which was not my hot spot data. That disappeared from my dashboard. You can not restart plan by paying earlier then auto due date. I have work that needs to be done. And need internet access. Even tho I made my monthly payment today trying to restart plan. I called service center with roosters crowing in background. But too no avail. Was told could not restart plan. In the past this was never an issue. I would pay and auto pay date would change. But now Dish is new owner. Yea they want you to waste money by purchasing gig add ons. Even tho my date of auto pay is 1 day away. I am thru with this company. Will be finding a more reliable carrier with at least decent customer service. So if you are shopping around keep looking for a more reliable phone carrier. Or you will find out the hard way. I am not angry because I was the one who signed up for this carrier.

5724 5th Ave store has Horrible service ! The lady Jo had overcharged me and sneakily charged me $200.61 for a $90 transaction for a boost mobile plan . On top of that she charged $90 CASH when I got charged $200.61 on my DEBIT CARD. Spoke to boost mobile and they told me to get a refund for the overcharge. I went to the store and seen the same lady JO and she told me she was suppose to charge me $100 when I had a plan for $60 a month (she never said $100) and she also messed up my next months bill was $100 .. so many mistakes !! When I asked politely to speak to a manger she told me "no" . I said are you serious ?? She said I'm not giving you the number .I'm infuriated right now ..

Excellent service, plus the owner speaks English, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, so you can communicate in different ways, they have a variety of telephone numbers and they accept cards there, but they charge you a 9 or 10% surcharge.

The worst company ever! Their internet goes on and off and when you call them they say they are fixing their towers and internet sucks Most of the time, slow... honestly this company is a headache for me and my wife....
