Phone was acting up trying to pay bill online but wouldn't work with new app trying to get a pass word. The man was very nice and I was able to pay my bill.

If I could give them less then 1 star, I would. Went in wanting to get 2 phones for my kids. We are new customers so we opted for the $10 a month plan. Wanted to get cheap phones but the gentleman at the store pointed at more expensive devices and said he would provide them at a discount if we bought accessories (which we did). All the while he was on the phone and also assisting another customer (wasn't very professional). Not once did he say if we got the phones at a discount it voids our chance at getting the $10 a month plan. Tried calling today to get it fixed and the manager acted like she had no damn brain. Kept telling her that they need to fix what they did and that their communication breakdown needed to get fixed. Also kept telling her that all we wanted was the $10 plan and she just kept repeating what we already bought.....She then informed me that we can't change the plan now because we aren't new customers anymore (not even 24 hrs). She refused to give me her managers number so I called customer service and got everything fixed anyway. Discount on phones, get unlimited text/data/mobile usage for 30 days and still get to go back to the $10 a month in October. Boost mobile has some amazing plans and the phones we got are phenomenal but stay away from this shack on main street. Crappy a** customer service and communication that you could prolly get better from a 3rd grader.....

I was a boost mobile customer for almost 17years but I am no longer a customer the people that work there acted like I stole my husband's credit card which was not the case and then my phone disappeared and I had $45.99 on my account and still have not received a refund and to make matters worse where I live in Walterboro my service sucked after being told that I would get great service out here to be honest the staff at the one in summerville off Main street they are rude and thought I was a thief Haha well in they face because turns out I'm not.

I think the girls who work in this little shack do an outstanding job. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They definitely are the main reason I am sticking with Boost Mobile. The corporate customer service is so frustrating to work with... they eventually get it right, but the wait on the phone, getting transferred so many times including to numbers that aren't in service, and having to call 6 or 7 times to get it resolved make a customer want to go to a different phone service. This local customer visit service saves them.
