First of all “Sam” is a great representative for Boost Mobile. The store is actually on St. Johns but the address reads Utica Ave. Secondly, Boost Mobile’s technical support (I called before the store opened) did a great job helping me get my 78-year-old mother off of Tracfone. It took 2 days to get it done but “Sam” at the store called to follow up and he and his partner called Tracfone technical support to get the information needed to transfer the phone number to a new iPhone. My mother is happy to get Boost Mobile and get away from Tracfone. You guys are the best. Thanks so much!!

I had a horrible day after many years with my iPhone she finally gave out on me . I went into this store in distress and my thoughts were put to rest immediately. The two gentlemen helped me upgrade my phone at a reasonable price and better yet , they gave me a free screen protector and phone stand ! They were super fast and super nice truthfully . You guys dont know how much i appreciate this ! Will be coming back soon definitely:)
